Changes and Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, please call (331) 225-2289 or email orderinfo@guttersstore.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to process orders swiftly, and once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
All cancellations must have written documentation/confirmation from a Gutters Store representative via email. If you cancel your order after it has shipped and refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for all freight and crating charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, if you ordered fabricated and/or special order items, you will be responsible for the full price of those items.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling costs and a 20% restocking fee.
To process a return, you must email returns@guttersstore.com or call (331) 225-2289 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping the item back. Returns must include a copy of the receipt and the RA#. Items returned without an RA# will not qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 15 days after receipt of the return via credit card refund, in-house credit, or check.
Customers are responsible for return shipping & handling costs. For security, we recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for returns. Gutters Store is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and properly packaged to be eligible for a refund. Special order items, fabricated products (including Gutters, Downspouts, and Leader Heads), gutter machines, and brakes are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or damages.
Shipping Damage Policy
All orders are checked for accuracy and thoroughly inspected before shipment. Once the shipment leaves our facility, the freight carrier assumes responsibility for delivering the order in good condition.
Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon receipt, checking for visible damages, and ensuring contents match the packing slip. Any damages must be noted in writing on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to qualify for reimbursement.
Shipping damage claims must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery by emailing orderinfo@guttersstore.com or calling (331) 225-2289. We will handle all claims with the freight carrier and ship replacement products as necessary. Digital photos may be required for the claim. Claims submitted after the five-day window will not be accepted.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Gutters Store will assign or transfer any assignable manufacturer warranties applicable to your purchase. Gutters Store makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Gutters Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
Gutters Store shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from your order. Our liability is strictly limited to the repayment of the purchase price of non-conforming items upon their return.
Customers agree to indemnify Gutters Store against claims, damages, and legal expenses resulting from their use of our products. If any portion of this clause is unenforceable, it shall be modified to the maximum extent allowable by law.
